FISH setup

This page of iGene shows all FISH probes that have been set up.

The list of FISH probes

Table Columns

  • Sample # - The unique number assigned to the FISH probe.
  • Patient - The name of the patient to who the referral is attached.
  • Slide - The number of the specific slide.
  • Position - If set, the position of the probe will be displayed here.
  • Probe - The name of the probe reagent.
  • Setup By - The name of the user that created the setup.
  • Setup Date - The date when the setup was created.
  • Source Name - The name of the sample tube.
  • Priority - The priority of the referral.
  • Notes - Any notes attached to the probe.
  • Test Status - The current status of the test.
  • View - Opens the setup page for the clicked probe.
