Reports/Letters

The Reports/Letters page of iGene displays all reports and letters created against clinical referrals. This allows for an easier way to search for reports and letters based on the clinical referral itself.

Table Columns

  • Patient - The name of the patient.
  • DOB - The date of birth of the patient.
  • Pedigree(s) # - A list of all pedigree numbers assigned to the patient.
  • Referral # - The unique referral number for the clinical referral.
  • Diagnosis - If a diagnosis has been input, it will be displayed here.
  • Referral Date - The date that the referral was created.
  • Priority - The priority of the clinical referral.
  • View - Opens the list of reports and letters that have been generated for the referral.
