Pedigrees

This is where users can find a full list of all pedigree numbers stored within iGene.

The pedigree list

Table Columns

  • Pedigree # - The unique number assigned to each pedigree.
  • Name - The name of the pedigree.
  • Category - The category of the pedigree (these can be set in Administration > Preferences > Pedigree Category).
  • Members - The amount of people (including preliminaries) that are in the pedigree.
  • Open Overview - Opens the patient overview page for the primary member of the pedigree.
