Billing List

This page of iGene shows all billed items that are waiting to be invoiced.

Table Columns

• Patient - The name of the patient associated with the billing item.
• Referral Date - The date of the referral.
• Referral # - The unique number assocaited with the referral.
• Test - The name of the test being billed.
• Billed To - The name of the person or place being billed for the item.
• Referral Reasons - Any referral reasons documented within the referral.
• # Items - The number of items yet to be invoiced.
• Cost - The cost of the tests.

Additional actions

• Add All to Invoice - Opens a popup with every item from this table inside, where all items can be added to an invoice.
• Create and Add To Invoice - Opens a popup which includes any selected rows to be added to an invoice.
• Select All - Selects all visible rows in the table.
• Select None - Unselects all visible rows in the table.
• Show Billing Details - If a single row is selected, a popup will show with further details on the item to be billed. If more than one item is selected, an error will show saying only one row should be selected.
