Billing Items

This page of iGene shows billed items stored in the system. Items marked as deleted are not shown. The billing items list

Table Columns

  • Test - The name of the test being billed.
  • Test # - The unique number associated with the test.
  • Order Date - The date the test was ordered.
  • Patient - The name of the patient associated with the test.
  • Referral # - The unique number associated with the referral.
  • Billed To (Test) - The name of the person or place being billed for the test.
  • Billed To (Item) - The name of the person or place being billed for the item.
  • Bill Released - The date the bill was released.
  • Referral Reasons - Any referral reasons documented within the referral.
  • Item Cost - The cost of the item.
  • Quantity - The number of items.
  • Total Cost - The total cost of the items.
  • Billing Status - The status of the billing item.

Additional actions

The action list - Show Billing Details - If a single row is selected, a popup will show with further details on the item to be billed. If more than one item is selected, an error will show saying only one row should be selected.
