Staff

This page of iGene shows all staff members stored in the system. This is where staff members can be added, edited, and removed.

The staff list

Table Columns

  • Staff Name - The name of the staff member.
  • Username - The username of the staff member.
  • Grade - The grade of the staff member.
  • Job Title - The job title of the staff member.
  • Active - Whether the staff member is active or not.
  • View - A link to open a page with details of the staff member. The details can be edited here.

Additional actions

The action list

  • Delete Staff - This will remove the staff member(s) from the list. If a staff member is removed, they will not be able to log in to the system.
  • New Staff - This will open a page to create a new staff member.
  • Select All - This will select all staff members in the list.
  • Select None - This will deselect all staff members in the list.
  • Toggle Active/Inactive - This will toggle the active status of the selected staff members. If a staff member is inactive, they will not be able to log in to the system.
