Organisations

This page of iGene displays a list of all the organisations that have been created in the system. It is possible to create, edit and delete organisations from this page.

Table Columns

• Code - The unique code assigned to the organisation.
• Short Name - The short name of the organisation.
• Name - The full name of the organisation.
• No. Facilities - The number of facilities associated with the organisation.
• Status - Whether the organisation is active or inactive.
• View - A link to open a page with details of the organisation. The details can be edited here.

Additional actions

• Delete Organisations - This will remove the organisation(s) from the list. If an organisation is removed, all facilities and users associated with it will also be removed.
• New Organisation - This will open a page to create a new organisation.
• Select All - This will select all organisations in the list.
• Select None - This will deselect all organisations in the list.
• Toggle Active/Inactive - This will toggle the active status of the selected organisations.
