Facilities

This page of iGene displays a list of all the facilities that have been created in the system. Facilities can be bookable for appointments, or can be marked as a storage location. It is possible to create, edit and delete facilities from this page.

Table Columns

• Code - The unique code assigned to the facility.
• Short Name - The short name of the facility.
• Name - The full name of the facility.
• Organisation - The organisation the facility is associated with.
• No. Locations - The number of locations associated with the facility.
• View - A link to open a page with details of the facility. The details can be edited here.

Additional actions

• Delete Facilities - This will remove the facility(s) from the list. If a facility is removed, all appointments and users associated with it will also be removed.
• New Facility - This will open a page to create a new facility.
• Select All - This will select all facilities in the list.
• Select None - This will deselect all facilities in the list.
