HER2 Result Groups
The HER2 Result Groups preference is used to record a list of HER2 result groups in the system. These are found in the FISH probe results area. The choice of values are selected using an autocomplete or dropdown list.
The results field is hidden in the default build so can not be seen in the screenshot below, but it would appear at the very bottom of this section if enabled.
Location
The table of HER2 Result Groups will display the code, name, and status for the HER2 result group.
Configuration
When adding or editing a HER2 result group, users are presented with the below form to complete. Always press Save in the bottom right-hand corner of the browser after adding or editing a HER2 result group.
Code (Required, Unique)
A unique code for the HER2 result group. This can be the same as the name but must be unique throughout the entire system.
Name (Required)
A name for the HER2 result group. It is advisable to keep this unique.
Active
A checkbox to activate/deactivate an entry. If the preference is not active, it will not be selectable in any drop-down lists.
