The Clinician Involvement Status preference is used to record a list of clinician involvement statuses in the system. On some sites when creating a new clinical referral for a patient. The choice of values are selected using an autocomplete or dropdown list.
The default build does not have this field, so the example below shows where it would usually appear.


The table of Clinician Involvement Status will display the code, name, and status for the clinician involvement status.
When adding or editing a clinical report status, users are presented with the below form to complete. Always press Save in the bottom right-hand corner of the browser after adding or editing a clinical report status.

A unique code for the clinician involvement status. This can be the same as the name but must be unique throughout the entire system.
A name for the preference. It is advisable to keep this unique.
A checkbox to activate/deactivate an entry. If the preference is not active, it will not be selectable in any drop-down lists.
A checkbox to set the clinician involvement status as the default. This will be the default value when adding a clinical referral to a patient. Only one clinician involvement status can be set as the default.
