The Clinical Appointment Audits preference is used to record a list of clinical appointment audits in the system. These are found when adding a clinical appointment to a patient. The choice of values are selected using an autocomplete or dropdown list. Note: The default build does not have this field, so the example below shows where it would usually appear.


The table of Clinical Appointment Audits will display the code, name, and status for the clinical appointment audit.
When adding or editing a clinical appointment audit, users are presented with the below form to complete. Always press Save in the bottom right-hand corner of the browser after adding or editing a clinical appointment audit.

A unique code for the clinical appointment audit. This can be the same as the name but must be unique throughout the entire system.
A name for the preference. It is advisable to keep this unique.
A checkbox to activate/deactivate an entry. If the preference is not active, it will not be selectable in any drop-down lists.
