The Clinic Schedule Templates preference is used to record a list of clinic schedule templates in the system. These are used within Admin > Clinics and clicking into a clinic to create a schedule. The choice of values are selected using an autocomplete or dropdown list.


The table of Clinic Schedule Templates will display the code, name, and status for the clinic schedule template.
When adding or editing a clinic schedule template, users are presented with the below form to complete. Always press Save in the bottom right-hand corner of the browser after adding or editing a clinic schedule template.

A name for the clinic schedule template. It is advisable to keep this unique.
A unique code for the clinic schedule template. This can be the same as the name but must be unique throughout the entire system.
A dropdown list to select the clinic the schedule template is associated with.
A checkbox to activate/deactivate an entry. If the preference is not active, it will not be selectable in any drop-down lists.
The start time for the clinic schedule template.
The duration of the clinic schedule template.
A dropdown list to select the referral type for the clinic schedule template.
A dropdown list to select the location for the clinic schedule template.
A checkbox to block the appointment slot.
A freetext box to input the blocked reason for the appointment slot. This is only editable when the Blocked checkbox is ticked.
A table to select the staff members for the clinic schedule template.
A button to remove the appointment slot.
